Perimenopause Group

Perimenopause Psychoeducation and Support Group

Tammy’s passion is about helping and supporting women who are in the midst of an incredibly uncertain time. The ups and downs and the back and forth can feel overwhelming and daunting. Her heart and mission is to help bring women together during this time of uncertainty to create safety, understanding, knowledge, and connection with other women who are walking along similar paths.

Tammy created this group to bring education, connection, and process to this season of life. The group will offer the following touch points with depth, love and empathy:

  • Understanding Perimenopause and Normalizing the Experience
  • Emotional Health and Mental Well-Being
  • Physical Symptoms and Self-Care Strategies
  • Navigating Relationships and Communication
  • Managing Stress and Cultivating Resilience
  • Moving Forward and Embracing Change

Perimenopause is a part of every woman’s journey. It is often overlooked, under valued, and misunderstood. This group aims to help women feel valued in their experience, reassured they are not “crazy” or that isn’t “in your head”, normalized the process, and create clarity and understanding of how to move forward in a whole and connected way.

About Your Facilitator

At 47, I’ve been navigating the many shifts that come with perimenopause – often feeling like I was losing my footing and questioning my own reality. Between unpredictable hormones, frustrating experiences with doctors, and a lack of clear answers, I found myself searching for what actually works for my body. Over time, I began to tune in, finding a rhythm that supports me more fully. What stood out most was how little support and understanding exists for women in this stage. That realization sparked a deep passion in me to create space, share knowledge, and support others through this powerful and often isolating transition.
