Support Groups: A support group of people with common experiences or concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort, and advice. Support groups allow people to
Psychoeducational Groups: A psychoeducational group is a specific type of group therapy that focuses on educating clients about their disorders and ways of coping.
Process Group: A process group allows the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in safe and confidential environment
Skills Development Group: A skills development group allows for individuals to come together around a certain need (whatever the groups is established for) and to help form and develop skills to manage life with the certain need being addressed.
